Being inspired by the original Pelle Pelle, we have decided to follow in their footsteps. 100% authentic and genuine leather is used for the jackets.
What if the jacket isn’t what I expected it to be? May I see a catalog before ordering?
The pictures uploaded on the website are the real ones and it gives a clear idea of what to expect in the delivery. However, in case the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can refer to the return policy.
How can I be assured that my order is placed?
Once you have done the online payment, and you checkout, you are contacted through customer support via email. That confirms that your order is placed. In case you do not get an email, wait for a few hours before getting in touch with customer support.
How long does the order delivery take?
Anything around 3 to 5 days until any unexpected circumstances arise. Pelle Pelle believes in timely deliveries and none of the orders are delayed. You can track the order through the tracking portal available on the website.
Can you get an order delivered outside the USA?
Gladly, we can! Pelle Pelle entertains orders placed from all corners of the globe. However, COD might not be available for international clients.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

What’s the right medium and time to content you?
24 hours a day! You can write an email to us at any hour of the day. But if you wish to communicate through call, you may ring us between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Emails are usually responded to within 24 hours.
My favorite jacket is out of stock. What shall I do?
We are constantly updating our stock every now and then. In case any product goes out of stock, you may wait for 20 to 25 business days or until the stock is updated. The products cannot be added to the cart when they are out of stock.
Why do you collect personal information?
