Pelle Jackets takes full responsibility for delivering the best customer experience to the buyers. We do not encourage order cancellation. If something is encouraging the decision to cancel an order, please let customer support know. We will try our best to resolve the issue. However, if a customer has made their mind to cancel the order, the following are the policies that will be implemented:

Refund Clauses for Order Cancellation:

• A 100% refund is applicable if the order is cancelled within 24 hours
• A 70% refund is applicable if the order is cancelled within 48 hours
• Orders cancelled between 48 hours to 72 hours will only receive a partial refund. This is because at this stage, the experts start working on the product, and we do not aim to waste their effort
• No refund shall be applicable if the order is cancelled after 72 hours
• No refund will be applicable if the order is cancelled after it is dispatched
• Refusing orders upon delivery will make a customer responsible for outbound and return shipments along with restocking fees (if applicable)

Order Cancellation Procedure:

Following is the step-by-step procedure that needs to be strictly followed by the customer:

• Reach out to customer support within 24 hours via email with the order number and state the reason for the order cancellation
• The customer support team will analyze the reason and get back to you with the decision in a timely and efficient manner. The customer might need to wait a maximum of 24 hours before their query is responded to. We expect corporation and patience from the buyer’s end.
• After the mutual agreement with the customer, the specific amount will be refunded, depending upon our order cancellation policies
• Please note that the amount will be refunded through the channel that was used for the payment by the customer

In case you need to change any of your information like address or contact number, you can reach out to customer support within 48 hours. You do not have to cancel your order to do so.

Order Cancellation Pelle Jackets:

Pelle Jackets reserves the right to cancel the order due to any reason, like inventory issues, shipping restrictions, or anything else. You will be informed through email/WhatsApp if we cancel the order. In this scenario, we allow customers to choose any other product at a similar price. If the customer wants the same product they ordered, reach out to customer support, and we’ll see what can be done.
